Host Marketing
Mid Level

The Company:

Harvest Hosts is a high-growth travel technology company that manages a portfolio of well-established products and brands in the RV space across North America and Europe. Together, our brands provide a comprehensive suite of offerings to streamline and elevate the RV travel experience. Harvest Hosts is a remote-first company with team members located across the United States and Europe.

Our portfolio includes:

  • Harvest Hosts: offering unique overnight stays at wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, museums, and other scenic small businesses
  • Boondockers Welcome: a community-driven platform connecting RVers with private property hosts
  • Escapees RV Club: one of the largest and most established RV membership organizations
  • CampScanner: an alert service that helps RVers book sold-out campgrounds
  • Brit Stops: a UK and Ireland-based program connecting motorhome travelers with small businesses for overnight stays

What We Do:

We are on a mission to promote happier lives through road travel and support small businesses and communities along the way. Our Host programs connect RV travelers with a diverse network of small businesses, attractions, and private-property Hosts. Host Marketing grows and supports that network across the full Host lifecycle, from quality lead generation and recruitment through activation, education, engagement, and retention. This role primarily supports Harvest Hosts, Boondockers Welcome, and Brit Stops, while collaborating across the broader portfolio when shared campaigns, data, resources, or business priorities require it.

The Position:

We are seeking a highly organized, technically confident, and results-driven Host Marketing Specialist to build and grow a pipeline of qualified Host prospects. This role owns recruiting campaigns from lead generation and campaign build through launch, reporting, and optimization. You'll play a direct role in growing one of North America's largest RV camping networks by connecting thousands of small businesses with a highly engaged community of RV travelers.

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Host Lifecycle, you'll combine hands-on HubSpot execution with audience strategy, data management, content development, and funnel reporting. You will partner with Account Executives, Paid Channels, Brand Marketing, Data, Product, and Events to drive qualified leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, balancing creativity with operational precision, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel Host recruiting campaigns across email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, paid media, and emerging channels.
  • Content and Sales Support: Create polished emails, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, toolkits, sales enablement, event communications, and follow-up assets. Support paid acquisition with lead-quality insights, geographic priorities, and creative recommendations.
  • Lead Generation and Database Quality: Research priority industries and markets; source, enrich, validate, deduplicate, and segment prospect data using approved tools and processes. Maintain verification, suppression, and list-hygiene standards; and document audience sources and outcomes.
  • HubSpot Execution: Build and manage recruiting emails, landing pages, forms, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, routing, personalization, and campaign reporting. Perform thorough quality control before every launch.
  • Project Ownership and Alignment: Coordinate with Account Executives and internal teams on campaign priorities, lead thresholds, routing, follow-up, feedback loops, approvals, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate project plans, communicate status clearly, and escalate risks or support needs early.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Track source and attribution, email and landing-page engagement, lead quality and disqualification, and conversion from initial interest through active Host. Establish performance benchmarks, deliver clear insights, and translate results into actionable improvements that increase lead quality and funnel performance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; plus experience in B2B, demand generation, digital, or growth marketing with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns from build through reporting.
  • Advanced HubSpot Knowledge Required: Ability to independently build and troubleshoot Marketing Hub and CRM emails, forms, landing pages, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, lead routing, automation, and reporting.
  • Lead Generation and Database Management: Strong knowledge of prospect research, list building, data enrichment and validation, segmentation, deduplication, suppression, deliverability, and CRM hygiene. Experience with NeverBounce and AI lead gen tools is a plus.
  • Data and Reporting: Comfort using CRM and full-funnel data to identify trends, explain performance, and recommend next actions; intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Content and Design: Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, plus basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio or work samples demonstrating campaign execution are encouraged.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate plans in Asana or a comparable platform, clarify ownership, document decisions, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Independent Execution: A demonstrated record of careful quality control, curiosity, proactive problem-solving, follow-through, and reliable execution with limited day-to-day oversight.
  • Preferred: Current HubSpot Marketing Hub certification and experience in marketplace, membership, travel, hospitality, small-business, supply-side, or Sales-aligned acquisition programs.

Please note that this position focuses on the supply side of the Harvest Hosts network: the small businesses, attractions, and private-property Hosts where RVers stay overnight. It is not focused on D2C membership growth.

Compensation and Benefits: Harvest Hosts is a fully remote company with team members located across the United States and Europe. Compensation will be based on experience but will range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus eligible bonuses. Benefits include unlimited PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, parental leave, and most of all, a fun work environment.

Timing: We are looking to fill this position as soon as we find the right candidate!

Remote applicants must be based in the United States and may not work from the following states: CA, HI or AK.
