- Brit Stops – a UK and Ireland-based membership connecting motorhomers with small businesses that allow overnight stopovers
- CampScanner – an alert service to book sold-out campgrounds
The company’s mission is to advance the technology and accessibility of the RVing and campground industry, making it easier than ever to travel while supporting national parks, local small businesses, and communities.
The Position: We’re looking for an energetic and digitally savvy professional to join our Host Success team, supporting our Campground Partners network and helping to bring on additional campgrounds that want to offer a discount to our members who wish to reserve a site at their location. This position will work on onboarding new campgrounds and supporting our existing network of ~1,000 campgrounds, ensuring that they are set up properly on our website, updating information as needed, and handling questions that may arise as Members visit their locations. The position will also work proactively to strengthen the campground network utilizing predetermined data points and goals for improvement. This role should strive to ensure that every campground thrives within the program from the first day. We are looking for an individual with professional customer experience, a helpful and outgoing personality, someone who is familiar with technology and thrives in a highly productive environment.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Help with campground onboarding and education
- Updating CRM and other systems as campgrounds are onboarded and updated
- Generating and responding to potential and current campgrounds in a timely manner
- Performing administrative functions related to the campground network
- Identifying system issues or abnormalities and bringing them to a managers attention
- Familiarizing yourself with RV types, lingo, and all things related to RVing
- Coordinating with other departments such as Marketing and Member Success
- Calling campgrounds as needed for retention, network check-ins, and proactive initiatives
- Working both independently and with a team to achieve various goals
- Additional special projects, as assigned
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required - preferably remote-based
- Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Technical website and mobile app navigation experience
- Experience using Hubspot and/or Asana is a plus
- Professional phone presence and demeanor
- Overall positive attitude and sense of humor
Compensation: Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour.
Benefits: This position is a temporary W2 paid internship for a period of up to 6 months. Benefits include fully remote work, unpaid time off, eligibility to participate in our 401(k) program, and a supportive team environment with A+ team members.
